How to place an order
Step 1 - Your Shopping Basket
Choose from the categories in the 'Shopping Basket’ and follow the prompts to select and purchase goods to place them into your shopping basket.
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase and have clicked through to that particular product page, select the colour, size (if applicable) and quantity, then simply click the 'Buy' button.
Each and every time you 'Buy' a product, you will automatically be re-directed to your shopping basket where you can view your updated shopping list.
From your shopping basket, you must click on one of the following options to proceed; 'Continue Shopping', 'Update Order', 'Cancel Order', or 'Checkout'.
Step 2 - Delivery Details
To finalise your order, click on the 'Checkout' option in your Shopping Basket, complete the delivery details form, and click 'Next' to submit your information.
Step 3 - Order Confirmation & Payment Details
An Order Confirmation page will appear where you will be asked to enter your credit card details for payment.
Once you are happy that all the information you have supplied is correct, click on 'Checkout'.
After your credit card has been successfully verified, it will be debited and a tax invoice will be sent to your email address to acknowledge your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex as payment.

Returns/Exchange Policy
At Pickle, we are committed to delivering you products at the highest possible standard.
Please note that with some designs there may be some variation to make each item unique. Variations in fabric and construction should not be considered flaws.
We are happy to exchange or give you a credit note to the value of your initial purchase providing it is within 28 days of the initial online purchase, in sale-able condition and with original packaging.
Pickle does not credit or exchange B-grade sales or Sale items.
Pickle does not credit or exchange items that have not been cared for as per the care instructions.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
Proof of Pickle Online purchase must accompany any claim for a product credit or exchange.
Please note Pickle Online cannot accept claims from other retailers or online shopping sites.
In-store returns can be processed immediately. Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to process.
The above policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
Procedure:
Please email info@picklesheets.com.au and request a Pickle online return authorisation.
Quote your product and receipt number.
You will be advised of product availability and return method appropriate to your location.
Goods must be accompanied by a return authorisation number.
Postage & Delivery
Pickle has given our customers the option of using our standard Australia Post service or Australian Air Express for orders requiring tracking and express delivery. Please understand that should you, be needing to track your order, this would not be available when using Australia Post. If you wish to track your order please select Australian Air Express. Deliveries will be made during standard business hours Monday to Friday.
In the rare instance of a delivery not reaching its destination, Pickle will only resend an order once the original order has been returned to Pickle.
You will be notified by phone if any items in your order are not readily available or delayed.
Standard - 10-14 business days (Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery during our busy periods, e.g. pre-Christmas, sale)
We deliver standard orders via Australian Air Express. If no one is home to collect the order you may need to collect your delivery from the post office unless Pickle has been advised to leave it at the address of delivery.. Cost varies with weight and volume. Bulky items may incur a surcharge. Interstate orders may take 10 working days to deliver.

Pickle Sheets is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Pickle Sheets uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Pickle Sheets only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

When purchasing from Pickle Sheets your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Consumer Privacy Policy
Pickle Sheets respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This document describes Pickle Sheets Consumer Data Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us. The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described below.
The CUTDATA product order form consists of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Some of them are compulsory, others optional. The fields are:

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. Pickle Sheets stores the information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. You can choose not to receive information on new Pickle products.
If you want to pay with a credit card, you have to give the following information:

Your credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider (Westpac) who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by Pickle Sheets, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. The transaction has a very high level of security.
Your credit card details are sent directly to Pickle Sheets payment provider Heartland Payment Systems over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction. The payments are deposited by Pickle Sheets authorized customer service staff. Other Pickle Sheets employees do not have access to Heartland Payment Systems' transaction management system. This is only valid for products ordered directly from Pickle.
Your contact information is sent to Pickle Sheets server over an unencrypted connection and forwarded to our authorized customer service staff. Other Pickle Sheets employees do not have access to the information.

1. Acceptance of our Terms
By visiting the website PICKLE, viewing, accessing or otherwise using any of the services or information created, collected, compiled or submitted to PICKLE, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not want to be bound by our Terms your only option is not to visit, view or otherwise use the services of PICKLE. You understand, agree and acknowledge that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PICKLE and that your use of PICKLE shall indicate your conclusive acceptance of this agreement.
2. Provision of Services
You agree and acknowledge that PICKLE is entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion and without notice to you even if it may result in you being prevented from accessing any information contained in it. Furthermore, you agree and acknowledge that PICKLE is entitled to provide services to you through subsidiaries or affiliated entities.
3. Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that PICKLE may contain proprietary and confidential information including trademarks, service marks and patents protected by intellectual property laws and international intellectual property treaties. PICKLE authorizes you to view and make a single copy of portions of its content for offline, personal, non-commercial use. Our content may not be sold, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission. Any third-party trademarks, service marks and logos are the property of their respective owners. Any further rights not specifically granted herein are reserved.
4. Submitted Content
When you submit content to PICKLE you simultaneously grant PICKLE an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to publish, display, modify, distribute and syndicate your content worldwide. You confirm and warrant that you have the required authority to grant the above license to PICKLE.
5. Termination of Agreement
The Terms of this agreement will continue to apply in perpetuity until terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. Terms that are to continue in perpetuity shall be unaffected by the termination of this agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
You understand and agree that your use of PICKLE is entirely at your own risk and that our services are provided "As Is" and "As Available". PICKLE does not make any express or implied warranties, endorsements or representations whatsoever as to the operation of the PICKLE website, information, content, materials, or products. This shall include, but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that PICKLE and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This shall include, but not be limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information or other intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not PICKLE has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed the liability of PICKLE is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
8. External Content
PICKLE may include hyperlinks to third-party content, advertising or websites. You acknowledge and agree that PICKLE is not responsible for and does not endorse any advertising, products or resource available from such resources or websites.
9. Jurisdiction
You expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, state, province or territory determined solely by PICKLE to resolve any legal matter arising from this agreement or related to your use of PICKLE. If the court of law having jurisdiction, rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid.
10. Entire Agreement
You understand and agree that the above Terms constitute the entire general agreement between you and PICKLE. You may be subject to additional Terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.
11. Changes to the Terms
PICKLE reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of PICKLE after any changes to Terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
How to Decrease a File Size Using Microsoft Paint
Step 1: Click on START -> Accessories -> Paint
Step 2: Open the image file from the directory on your PC.
Step 3: Go to Image -> Stretch/Skew
Step 4: Use the Stretch section to alter the image size. Note that reducing the image to 50% will reduce the file by half it's original size. Also, 25% will reduce it to a quarter, and so on. Click OK when Done.
Step 5: You will now notice that the image has been reduced to the size you specified.
Step 6: Be sure to save the new file when you are done resizing.
Step 7: You can use the desired format you need. If you are unsure, JPEG is a wide accepted type.
